Common North Knoxville Tree Issues
The biggest single factor in North Knoxville is the age of the tree canopy. Many properties have White Oaks and Tulip Poplars that have been there since before WWII. These trees are spectacular when healthy, but they’re also entering a stage of life where deadwood, internal decay, and trunk failures become real risks.
